ABOUT THE FILM:
On the 150th anniversary of the Gettysburg Address, LINCOLN@GETTYSBURG describes a major turning point in American history: the rebirth of a nation and the dawn of the information age. In 1863, Abraham Lincoln proved himself a master of a new frontier with his “high-tech” command center — the War Department Telegraph Office, America’s first “Situation Room.” Lincoln’s interest in new technologies gave him control never before exercised by any commander-in-chief.
